During an interactive session at the CM Connect Program with Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Conrad Kongkal Sangma, Shri Randal Rangad, Deputy Director (Institutional Finance & Ex-Officio), Government of Meghalaya, highlighted the significant contributions of IRIX Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in strengthening the state’s financial inclusion ecosystem.

He elaborated on how IRIX’s Customer Service Point (CSP) solutions and OLiO digital banking platform, implemented in collaboration with Meghalaya Rural Bank, have empowered rural citizens through AEPS-based transactions, card payments, and micro-ATM services, ensuring access to seamless digital financial services even in remote and hilly regions of the state.

The discussion underscored Meghalaya’s commitment to bridging the digital divide and promoting inclusive growth through technology-driven banking solutions developed and deployed in partnership with IRIX Technologies and Meghalaya Rural Bank, enabling last-mile connectivity and advancing the vision of Digital Meghalaya.
